In 1994, the Cappiotti family opened Il Forno in the Himalayas, where a handcrafted wood-fired oven captured attention and defined the experience. Inspired by its character and power, Marco Cappiotti came to Delhi in 2010 to build ovens and introduce true Italian pizza craftsmanship to India.

 

What began with outsourced fabrication and hands-on finishing soon became a benchmark for quality. Through craftsmanship and persistence, Il Forno by Marco developed into a trusted brand, creating bespoke wood-fired, residential, and heritage brick ovens that define premium kitchens across India.
